What is this website is about …
Originally this was an
extensive website was about my log home and the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of
Western Montana, of which you can see part of in the photo above. Since I no longer have a home in Montana, the
new focus is on my current professional activities in the area of large scale commercial
energy savings programs for public and private utilities. I also provide executive
level, general management, and new business development consulting services for
companies in North America and internationally.

On 24 December 2007, my
mother Margaret E. McNamara passed away.
Margaret was a remarkable person in many ways, and she also had her own
extensive web site where she shared with everyone her love of world travel,
adventure, wildlife and nature photography, and life in general. In tribute to her memory, and at the request
of many people, on the first anniversary of her passing, I brought Margaret’s
web site back online again to share with anyone who would like to see what a
